TEAMWORK IN RAIL SERVICES

Due to the pandemic, this was done via video conference. It was a new experience for everyone but our team mastered it with flying colors. Customer and end customer were very satisfied with the performed FAI and with the equipment. Now the first units can be built in Holzkirchen and shipped from there. A great teamwork made it possible to prepare this challenging device and project and to start the implementation as planned.

It is the first series device to be renewed after 17 years of passenger service. 203 units were delivered from 1998 to 2005.

The team of PTC Rail Services GmbH is ready to modernize further auxiliary power converters of this series, so that they will be able to supply the S-Bahn in Copenhagen with energy for many more years.
