PowerTech Converter newly certified

Following the restructuring of PowerTech Converter GmbH, the audit on the compliance with the requirements of the standard DIN EN 15085-2 (for the design, manufacturing, testing and conformity assessment of welded railway vehicles, components and assemblies), was performed by representatives of GSI Gesellschaft für Schweißtechnik International mbH on July the 10th at PowerTech factory in Berlin.

The audit was successfully completed by all three newly created PowerTech companies namely PTC Rail OEM GmbH, PTC Rail Services GmbH and PTC Corporate Administration GmbH. According to the standard, the three companies are now certified manufacturers and sub-suppliers of railway welded parts and components with the certification level CL 4. This certification further strengthens our guarantee to our customers of consistently delivering high quality products.
