PowerTech Converter is re-inventing itself

PowerTech Converter is on a new road to success. The first step in this direction was the decision to restructure PowerTech Converter GmbH into four new entities in June.

This will allow the three entities dedicated to manufacturing, namely PTC Rail OEM GmbH, PTC Rail Services GmbH and PTC Industry & Energy GmbH, to concentrate even more on their core business and address the key requirements of their respective markets. For PowerTech customers, this means an optimized range of products and services with customized solutions driven by market needs. A fourth entity, PTC Corporate Administration GmbH, will act as service provider with transversal support across the new group of companies. Together with PowerTech Converter Corp. (USA), this new group of companies will operate under the PowerTech Converter brand – A fresh wind!

In the future, these four companies will be subsidiary companies of PowerTech Converter Holding GmbH, alongside the PowerTech Converter Corp. (USA). All companies will be managed under the PowerTech Converter brand and will use the same branding.
